Aurola is a storyteller at heart.
Her insatiable curiosity and creative spirit have led her to a dynamic career across multiple mediums. Aurola is a visual designer, photographer, and media production coordinator at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. She also co-founded Borderless Colors, a studio specializing in photography, email marketing campaigns, and social media.
At The Met, Aurola coordinates video, audio, and editorial projects, enhancing user experiences on the museum’s digital platforms. She has pitched and filmed content for events like The Met Gala, achieving millions of views on social media, and written contributions including an essay on Yves Saint Laurent for The Met’s digital magazine, Perspectives.
Currently pursuing a UX/UI Design Certificate at FIT, Aurola enjoys interviewing users and the process of bringing a vision to life through user flows, wireframes, and prototyping.
In her free time, she enjoys sewing, making art, and traveling with her husband.
